摘  要:目的 组织胚胎学教学中基于BOPPPS模式的线上线下混合教学法与传统教学法教学效果比较。方法 选择2019级和2020级护理学专业甲班共12个班级376名学生设为对照组,2019级和2020级护理学专业乙班共12个班级381名学生作为研究组。对照组采用传统线下教学方法,研究组开展基于BOPPPS模式的线上线下混合教学方法。通过问卷调查和考试成绩评价教学学习等效果。结果 研究组学生考试成绩为(72.8±10.6)分,显著高于对照组的(81.4±12.0)分;研究组考试不及格率为5.25%,显著低于对照组的11.44%,而90分级以上的比例研究组为27.30%,显著高于对照组的5.05%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,研究组绝大部分学生认为该教学模式有利于提高学习效率、提高自学能力、提高分析问题和解决问题的能力、培养学习兴趣、提高学习积极性和主动性等。结论 基于BOPPPS模式的线上线下混合教学优于传统教学方法。Objective To compare the teaching effect between BOPPPS mode based online and offline blended teaching method and the traditional teaching mode in the teaching of histology and embryology. Methods A total of 376 students of nursing major in class A of Grade 2019 and 2020 were recruited as controls. A total of 381 students of nursing major in class B of Grade 2019 and 2020 were recruited as research objects. The traditional offline teaching method was used in the control group. The online and offline blended teaching based on BOPPPS mode was used in the research group. The teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire surveys and final examination.Results The students in the research group did significantly better in the final examination than those in the control group (72.8±10.6 VS 81.4±12.0). The fail rate of research group (5.25%) was significantly lower than 11.44% of control group,while the excellence rate (≥90) was significantly higher the control group (27.30% VS 5. 05%). Moreover,most of the students in the research group believed that blended teaching combined based on the BOPPPS model was more conducive to improve learning efficiency,improve the self-directed learning ability,improve their ability to analyze and solve problems,improve learning enthusiasm and initiative,and cultivate students’ interest. Conclusions The online and offline blended teaching based on the BOPPPS mode is superior to the traditional teaching mode.
