摘 要:目的:探讨3D打印模型在腰椎置钉教学培训中的效果。方法:选取某医院脊柱外科规培的骨科住院医师35名,按轮转批次随机分为传统教学组(18名)及实验组(17名),实验组在传统组的基础上增加了3D打印模型教学,出科时对两组住院医师进行腰椎置钉技术的相关理论和操作考核,对考试成绩进行统计学分析。结果:实验组住院医师腰椎置钉的理论考试和操作考试成绩均优于传统教学组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3D打印模型可提高住院医师对腰椎置钉技术的认识和理解,使他们在轮转期间更好地掌握该项技能,建议有条件的医院可以尝试应用该培训方式。Objective:To explore the effect of 3D printing model in the teaching of lumbar screw placement.Methods:Thirty-five orthopedic residents who were trained in the spine surgery department in the hospital were randomly divided into the traditional teaching group(n=18)and the experimental group(n=17).The experimental group added 3D printing model teaching on the basis of the traditional group.At the time of graduation from the department,the two groups of residents were examined on the related theory and operation of lumbar screw placement technology,and the examination results were statistically analyzed.Results:The scores of theory test and operation test of lumbar spine screw placement technique in the experimental group were better than those in the traditional teaching group,and the difference was statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion:3D printing model can improve residents'understanding of lumbar screw placement technique,and make them better master this skill during rotation.It is suggested that qualified hospitals should try to apply this training method.
