基于舒适性的斜靠椅靠背材质及倾角研究

摘  要:探究不同靠背倾角和材质与人体主客观舒适性之间的关系,为斜靠椅的设计与研发提供参考依据。选取标准、偏轻与偏重各20名被试,通过体压分布测量法及主观评价法进行相关数据采集记录。采用统计学方法对体压分布指标进行数据处理,考量斜靠椅的靠背材质和倾斜角度对体压分布参数和主观感知舒适度的影响。统计结果表明,乳胶材质相对海棉材质拥有更均匀的体压分布数据、更低的平均压力以及更大的接触面积;3组靠背倾角中,115°靠背倾角具有最大的接触面积与较小的接触压强和峰值压强。此外,乳胶材质及115°靠背倾角亦具有更高主观舒适度评分。因此,推荐使用乳胶材质和115°靠背倾角提升斜靠椅的整体舒适性。The relationship between different backrest inclinations and materials and the subjective and objective comfort of the human body is explored to provide a reference for the design and development of reclining chairs.Twenty subjects were selected for each of the standard,light and heavy subjects,and the relevant data were collected and recorded by the body pressure distribution measurement method and the subjective evaluation method.Statistical methods were used to process the data of the body pressure distribution index,and the influence of the backrest material and inclination angle of the reclining chair on the body pressure distribution parameters and subjective perceived comfort was considered.The statistical results show that the latex material has more uniform body pressure distribution data,lower average pressure and larger contact area than the sponge material;among the three groups of backrest inclinations,the 115°backrest inclination has the largest contact area and smaller contact area,pressure and peak pressure;in addition,latex material and 115°backrest inclination also have higher subjective comfort scores.Therefore,it is recommended to use latex material and a backrest angle of 115°to improve the overall comfort of the reclining chair.
