摘  要:发展高水平教师教育、振兴乡村教育,是我国教育改革的主要方向。目前,我国高等师范院校和乡村学校在发展需求、师范生培养、师资培训等方面存在一些亟须解决的问题。改变地方高等师范院校使命感不强和乡村教育边缘化的现状,需要对地方高等师范院校和乡村学校协同发展进行顶层设计“。地方性”是地方高等师范院校的突出特点,地方高等师范院校要对乡村教师专业发展担起重任。完善地方高等师范院校与乡村学校“双向渗透”协同育人机制,需要进一步加强师范生的职业认同感,提高顶岗实习的实效,切实推进“双地”合作“、双师”指导制度。Developing high-level teacher education and revitalizing rural education are the main directions of Chinese education reform.At present,there are some problems that need to be solved urgently in my country’s higher normal colleges and rural schools in terms of development needs,normal student training,and teacher training.In order to change the current situation of the weak sense of mission and the marginalization of rural education in local higher normal schools,it is necessary to carry out a top-level design for the coordinated development of local higher normal schools and rural schools.“Locality”is a prominent feature of local higher normal schools,and local higher normal colleges and universities should take great responsibility for the professional development of rural teachers.Hengyang Normal University has explored the training mechanism of rural teachers,and established a “two-way penetration”internship employment system with rural schools.The improvement of the“two-way penetration”collaborative education mechanism between local higher normal colleges and rural schools needs to further strengthen the professional identity of normal students,increase the educational practice in the form of post-job practice,and effectively promote the“dual-region”cooperation and "dual-teacher" guidance system.
