摘  要:通过对高速动车组齿轮箱进行温度场计算分析,得出齿轮箱系统内部各关键部位的温度分布、热稳定温度及散热效率.从原始设计和关键零部件的加工制造等方面研究持续高温对齿轮箱系统性能的影响,初步得出满足高速动车组齿轮箱长期安全运用的最高温度,通过台架试验验证在该温度下长时间运行后齿轮箱系统及各零部件的热稳定性和可靠性,最终给出高速动车组齿轮箱在持续高温下安全运行能承受的温度极限值,为后续动车组提速中传动系统的设计提供了技术储备.The temperature field of a high-speed emu gear box is calculated and analyzed.The temperature distribution,thermal stability temperature and heat dissipation efficiency of the key parts in the gearbox system are obtained.From the original design and manufacture of key parts,the effect of continuous high temperature performance of the system for gear box is studied,and a preliminary conclusion is obtained to satisfy the operation of the high-speed emu long-term safety gear box.Through bench test at this temperature for a long time after the operation of the parts of the gear box system,the thermal stability and reliability of the gear box system are verified.The maximum temperature limit for safe operation of the gear box under continuous temperature is presented,which provides a solid technical reserve for the design of the high-speed emu transmission system.
