乡村振兴背景下高校心理健康教育服务农村心理健康工作的路径

摘　　要：现阶段农村居民心理健康状况整体水平偏低,心理问题长期得不到重视,心理健康工作长期缺失,是制约乡村振兴的一个因素。高校心理健康教育工作具有完备的工作体系、丰富的实践经验、较强的理论研究基础,能够为服务农村心理健康工作提供支持。高校可以通过普及农村居民心理健康知识,提升心理健康素养;积极融入农村综合服务网络,提供专业的心理健康服务;借助先进的互联网技术,做好线上心理健康服务工作;加强农村心理健康服务研究;推进积极心理教育等路径服务农村心理健康工作。At present,the overall level of mental health of rural residents is low,psychological problems have been ignored,and mental health work is chronically absent,which is an important factor restricting rural revitalization.The mental health education in colleges and universities has a complete work system,rich practical experience and strong theoretical research basis,which can provide support for serving rural mental health work.Colleges and universities can serve rural mental health work by popularizing rural residents’ mental health knowledge;Actively integrate into the rural integrated service network;Developing online mental health services;Strengthening rural mental health service research;Promote positive psychological education in rural areas.
