摘 要:本研究拟探讨中小学体育教师教学效能感与体育教师职业认同之间的关系以及幸福感指数和生活满意度的中介作用,在四川省选取442名中小学体育教师作为研究对象,通过走访调研及在线调查分析,研究结果显示:体育教师教学效能感与体育教师职业认同呈正相关(P<0.05);生活满意度和幸福感指数与体育教师职业认同呈正相关(P<0.05);且生活满意度与幸福感指数在体育教师教学效能感呈正相关(P<0.05),生活满意度与幸福感指数在体育教师教学效能感与体育教师职业认同感之间存在部分中介作用(P<0.001);幸福感指数与生活满意度中介效应占总效应分别是11.50%和19.45%。因此研究从一个新的视角探讨体育教师教学效能感、幸福感指数、生活满意度、体育教师职业认同之间的关系,为提高中小学体育教师职业认同提高一定的参考依据。This study intends to explore the relationship between teaching efficacy and professional identity of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools,and the intermediary role of happiness index and life satisfaction.442 PE teachers in primary and secondary schools were selected as research objects in Sichuan Province,and the questionnaire was filled in anonymously for investigation and analysis.The results show that:teaching efficacy of PE teachers and PE Teachers’job There was a positive correlation between career identity,life satisfaction and well-being index,teaching efficacy of PE teachers and professional identity of PE teachers,and there was a partial intermediary effect between life satisfaction and well-being index(P<0.001);And PE Teachers’sense of teaching efficacy can positively predict PE Teachers’professional identity,and can indirectly affect PE Teachers’professional identity through occupational well-being index and life satisfaction.The intermediary effect of well-being index accounts for 11.50%and 19.45%respectively.Therefore,the research explores the relationship among teaching efficacy,happiness index,life satisfaction and professional identity of PE teachers from various perspectives,so as to improve the professional identity of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools.
