摘 要:针对混合动力和电动汽车的振动特性,本文开发了一款基于自适应前馈控制的动力总成主动悬置。该主动悬置系统由一个电磁作动器和解耦膜式液压悬置有机组合而成,利用加速度传感器采集车身振动信号。经过优化计算,由控制器生成控制电流,进而驱动电磁作动器运动,使解耦膜产生相应位移,优化悬置刚度达到隔离发动机振动的目的。同时建立了整车动力学模型和主动悬置仿真模型,设计了动力总成主动悬置控制器,并采用Matlab软件中的Simulink工具箱,对基于自适应前馈控制主动悬置隔振性能进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,基于自适应前馈控制的主动悬置明显降低了动力总成悬置系统的振动传递率,改善了车辆的NVH性能。该主动悬置在高低频率段隔振性能均明显优于被动悬置,具备优良的宽频带隔振性能。该研究提高了混合动力和电动汽车的乘坐舒适性,对主动悬置的设计开发具有指导意义。According to the vibration characteristics of hybrid powder vehicles and electric vehicles, an active powertrain mount based on adaptive feedforward control is developed in this paper. The active mount system is composed of an electromagnetic actuator and a decoupling membrane hydraulic mount. The acceleration sensor is used to collect the vehicle body vibration signal. After optimization calculation, the controller generates the control current, and then drives the electromagnetic actuator to produce the corresponding displacement of the decoupling membrane, optimizes the mount stiffness, and achieves the purpose of isolating the engine vibration;The vehicle dynamics model and active mount simulation model are established, and the powertrain active mount controller is designed. The vibration isolation performance of the active mount based on adaptive feedforward control is simulated and analyzed by using the Simulink toolbox in Matlab software. The simulation results show that the active mount based on adaptive feedforward control significantly reduces the vibration transmission rate of the powertrain mount system and improves the NVH performance of the vehicle. The vibration isolation performance of the active mount is significantly better than that of the passive mount in both high and low frequencies, and has excellent broadband vibration isolation performance. This research improves the ride comfort of hybrid and electric vehicles, and has guiding significance for the design and development of active mount.
