摘  要:小班化实验操作符合实验课程的要求,有利于激发学生对于课程学习的内驱力,培养学生的实践能力和创新能力,是一种科学有效的实验教学组织形式。以农学专业的遗传学为例,开展了小班化实验教学研究,通过实验课程设置的调整和优化、教学团队的重组以及教学手段和方法的改进等,充分发挥小班化教学的优势,形成有效的基础实验教学新模式,显著地提高了实验教学的质量和效果。这些措施能有效地培养学生的科研素质和创新思维,融入更多人文思考,真正体现综合性大学农学专业“育人为本”的精神。Small-class experimental teaching belongs to fine teaching,which is in line with students’personality development.It is conducive to stimulate students’internal drive for students’practical ability and innovation ability.It is a scientific and effective form of experimental teaching.The College of Agriculture and Biotechnology of Zhejiang University carried out small-class experimental teaching of genetics.Taking agronomy as an example,it adjusted the setting of experimental courses,reorganized the teaching team,improved the teaching means,gave full play to the advantages of small class teaching,summarized an effective new model of basic experimental teaching,and significantly improved the quality and effect of experimental teaching.These measures effectively cultivate students’scientific research quality and innovative thinking,integrate more humanistic thinking,and truly reflect the spirit of“people-centered education”in the University.
