摘 要:我国在教育改革过程中明确指出改革职业教育办学模式和人才培养模式,探索部门、行业、企业参与办学的机制,推进校企合作,改变传统的考核标准。基于产教融合的高职院校现代学徒制办学模式下,如何对学生学习成效进行科学有效的评价,直接关系到学校教育质量的提升,推进学校内涵发展。对五年制高职现代学徒制教学模式下的学习成效评价更是一种新的尝试和探索,鉴于目前此类研究较少,笔者结合五年制高职会计专业现代学徒制的教学工作实践,对已有学习成效评价体系进行了一些研究和完善,从而更好地促进教学,提升学生的综合素养。In the process of education reform, China has clearly pointed out the reform of vocational education running mode and talent training mode, explored the mechanism for departments, industries and enterprises to participate in running schools, promoted school-enterprise cooperation, and changed the traditional assessment standards. Under the modern apprenticeship school running mode of higher vocational colleges based on the integration of industry and education, how to scientifically and effectively evaluate students’ learning effectiveness is directly related to the improvement of school education quality and the promotion of school connotation development. It is a new attempt and exploration to evaluate the learning effectiveness under the modern apprenticeship teaching mode of five-year higher vocational education. In view of the lack of such research at present, combined with the teaching practice of modern apprenticeship of Accounting major in five-year higher vocational education, the author makes some research and improvement on the existing learning effectiveness evaluation system, so as to better promote teaching and improve students’ comprehensive quality.
