摘 要:高校的立身之本和根本任务在于立德树人,教育教学始终是学校的中心工作,教学质量的持续提高是高校追求的永恒主题,提高教学质量已成为当前高等教育改革发展的最核心任务。线上线下混合式教学模式在高校日常教学模式中所占的比例越来越高,加强线上线下混合式教学的教育教学督导工作是不断提高教学质量最强有力的保障手段之一。基于PDCA循环的管理理念,构建了线上线下混合式教学模式督导评价体系,结合督导评价指标,对线上线下混合式教学实现了动态监控、实时监控、全程评价和信息及时反馈,对各高校建立整个教学系统的督导评价体系具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。“Building morality and cultivating talents”is the foundation and the fundamental task of colleges and universities.Education and teaching work is always the central work of colleges and universities.The continuous improvement of teaching quality is the eternal goal pursued by colleges and universities.Improving teaching quality has become the core task of the current reform and development of higher education.The online and offline mixed teaching mode accounts for an increasing proportion of daily teaching in colleges and universities.Strengthening the supervision of online and offline mixed teaching is one of the most powerful means to continuously improve the teaching quality.Based on the PDCA cycle management concept,the supervision and evaluation system of online and offline teaching mode is constructed.Combined with the supervision and evaluation indicators,dynamic monitoring,real-time monitoring,whole-process evaluation and timely information feedback are realized for online and offline mixed teaching,which has certain reference and guiding significance for establishing the supervision and evaluation system of the whole teaching system in colleges and universities.
