摘 要:随着教育部《职业教育提质培优行动计划》的实施,高职院校需要研究和实践通识教育在人才培养中的作用。通识教育目的在于帮助学生树立积极的社会价值观和职业道德观,提升学生批判思维能力,敏锐把握社会和行业的发展趋势,引导学生以更积极的眼光看待个人发展,从而成长为德、技并修的高技术人才。王阳明务实求真、知行合一的教育理念对高职通识教育的目标树立、课程设置、教育方法和评价标准等方面有非常积极的借鉴意义。With the implementation of The Action Plan for Improving the Quality of Vocational Education issued by the Ministry of Education,higher vocational colleges need to study and practice the role of general education in talent training.The purpose of general education is to help students establish positive social values and professional ethics,improve their critical thinking ability and the ability to keenly grasp the development trend of the society and the industry,and guide them to view their personal development from a more positive perspective,so as to grow into high-tech talents with both morality and professional knowledge.Wang Yangming’s pragmatic educational thought of seeking truth and combining knowledge with practice has a very positive referential significance for the goal setting,curriculum setting,educational methods,and evaluation standards of general education in higher vocational colleges.
