摘 要:基于对湖南工程职业技术学院学生学业辅导需求和现状的调研,结合赏识型学业辅导理念提出“GROW”模块式赏识型学业辅导模式,从“Goal目标确定”“Route路线设计”“Operation操作实施”“Willpower意志品质增强”四个模块对六个案例班级在工作队伍建设、主题班会活动、深度谈心谈话、成长档案建立方面进行实践探索,提出了构建1+N多元化的辅导队伍;推进循序渐进系统化的辅导过程;采取私人订制个性化的辅导形式;营造协同合力整体化的辅导氛围的政策建议。"GROW"modular appreciatory academic guidance model was proposed combining the concept of Appreciation Academic Guidance,based on the investigation of students'needs and current situation of academic guidance in Hunan Engineering Vocational and Technical College.The four modules of"Goal setting","Route designing","Operation",and"Willpower enhancing"were carried out in the six class cases from the aspects of the construction of work team,thematic class meeting activities,heart-to-heart talking and files'establishment.The policy suggestions on constructing 1+N diversified work team,operating step-by-step guidance process,adopting private-customized personalized guidance form,and creating the coordinated guidance atmosphere were proposed.
