陆费逵职业道德思想及其当代价值

摘　　要：在陆费逵的职业教育思想体系中,强调职业道德的必要性,即职业道德系业之成败、职业道德系国之兴衰;并指出职业道德思想的主要观点,即实业学生必以德为先、各行各业须以德为基。文章通过分析其历史继承性、行业差异性、社会功能性的职业道德思想,为职业教育的德育建设提供了借鉴。In Lu Bikui's thought system of vocational education,vocationalethics is the necessary content of the development of vocational education.The necessity of vocational ethics is emphasized,that is,vocational ethics is related to the success or failure of vocation and the rise and fall of a country;The main viewpoint of vocational ethics is pointed out,that is,industrial students must take morality as the first,and all walks of life must take morality as the basis.This article analyzes the vocational ethics thought of its historical inheritance,industry difference and social function,and provides reference for the moral education construction of vocational education.
