摘　　要：以“人的成长”为出点,围绕职业教育当前形势,围绕国家发展趋势,从教育规律出发引入“教育七灯”模型,从教育目标、教育者、组织、学习内容、学习方式、学习空间、评价体系这七盏灯来研究习近平总书记对职业教育发展的重要论述和重要指示精神,通过这七盏灯来看职业教育发生的变革,做出的探索,从而打开视野,让职业教育变成一个人人都能参与并有所贡献的行业,做到每个人都从自身开始改变,每个人都为职业教育出一点力,共同推动职业教育的蝶变跃升,共同应对世界的变化与挑战。Taking"human growth"as the starting point,centering on the current situation of vocational education and national development trend,the model of"seven lights of education"is introduced from the perspective of education laws,to study General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discussion and important instructions on the development of vocational education from the perspective of educational objectives,educators,organizations,learning content,learning methods,learning space and evaluation system.Through these seven lights,we can see the changes and explorations of vocational education,so as to open up the vision,let vocational education become an industry that everyone can participate in and contribute to,make sure that everyone changes from themselves and everyone contributes to vocational education,jointly promote the transformation of vocational education and jointly respond to the changes and challenges of the world.
