摘  要:设计一种新型碗状海蜇皮切割设备,建立相应的三维实体模型,用Frenet-serret公式计算刀具的尺寸参数,模拟最优刀刃轨迹的轮廓曲线。对刀具切割时进行应力分析,并对其进行动力学仿真。结果表明,刀具切割时最大应力为248 MPa。刀具由440C不锈钢制成,其最大允许应力为560 MPa,工作时刀具的最大应力小于设计许用应力,满足强度要求。通过动力学仿真,得到海蜇皮切条过程切削力的变化曲线,切削力最大值为15.83 kN,能保持稳定切割状态。对生产样机进行试验,试验过程中无故障发生,分析和试验结果为今后切割设备的优化设计提供参考。A new bowl-shaped jellyfish cutting machine was designed,and the corresponding three-dimensional solid model was established.The size parameters of the blade were calculated with Frenet-serret tetrad,and the contour curve of the optimal blade path was simulated.The stress analysis of the blade was analyzed and the dynamic simulation was carried out.The results show that the maximum cutting stress is 248 MPa.The blade is made of 440C stainless steel,which has a maximum permissible stress of 560 MPa,and the maximum working stress is much less than the maximum permissible material stress,which meets the strength requirement.Through dynamic simulation,the cutting force variation curve was obtained.The maximum cutting force was 15.83 kN,and the cutting state was stable.The production prototype was tested,and no fault occurred during the experiment.The analysis and experimental results provide a reference for the optimization design of the cutting device in the future.
