摘　　要：硒是肉牛体内的必需微量元素,在肉牛生长发育过程中发挥着重要作用。笔者综述了饲料中硒添加剂对肉牛生长性能、屠宰性能和牛肉品质的影响,介绍了硒在肉牛体内各组织中的分布情况,肉牛对硒的需要量和日粮中硒过量的危害,以及硒饲料产品的种类与应用情况,为肉牛体内硒营养的研究提供借鉴,同时也为新型富硒饲料和富硒牛肉产品的研发提供思路。Selenium is an essential trace element in beef cattle and plays an important role in its growth and development.The author reviewed the effects of selenium additives in feed on the growth performance,slaughtering performance and meat quality of beef cattle,and introduced the distribution of selenium in various tissues in beef cattle,selenium requirements of beef cattle and dangers related to excess selenium in diets,as well as the types and utilization of selenium feed products,so as to provide reference for the research of selenium nutrition in beef cattle.This paper provided ideas for the research and development of new selenium-rich feed and selenium-rich beef products.
