摘 要:经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检术是专业性较强、操作较复杂的介入超声的一个分支,在前列腺癌的诊断和治疗中发挥至关重要的作用。因为经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检术为有创操作,穿刺针数较多且并发症较多,所以师资培养、教学难度较大。如何有效地提高教学质量,培养高素质、高技术水平的穿刺医生等问题值得深思。本文深入分析目前经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检教学中的实际问题,发现主要表现在教学内容局限、学员积极性差、师资力量薄弱方面。本文对经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检教学策略进行探讨,并从理论教学、实训练习、临床实践方面分析了多元化以及多学科协作教学模式,发现该教学模式有利于调动学员学习积极性,更好地满足超声介入人员对知识的需求,能为上述技术教学提供参考。本文还对岗位胜任能力、医德教育、师资培养进行了相关探讨。Transrectal ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy is a branch of interventional ultrasound with strong professionalism and complex operation,which plays a vital role in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer.Because transrectal ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy is an invasive operation,there are many puncture needles and complications,so it is difficult to cultivate train teachers and teach.How to effectively improve the teaching quality and cultivate high-quality and high-tech puncture doctors is worth pondering.This paper deeply analyzes the practical problems in the teaching of transrectal ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy,and it is found that the main problems are the limitations of teaching content,the poor enthusiasm of students and less qualified teachers than average.This paper discusses the teaching strategy of transrectal ultrasound-guided prostate biopsy,and analyzes the diversified and multidisciplinary collaborative teaching mode from the aspects of theoretical teaching,practical training practice and clinical practice.It is found that the teaching mode is conducive to mobilizing students'learning enthusiasm,better meeting the needs of ultrasound intervention personnel for knowledge,and can provide reference for the above technical teaching.This paper also discusses the post competence,medical ethics education and teacher training.
