摘  要:目的为强化学员为主、教学相长的教学理念,提高麻醉学临床教学的水平,探索基于视频化的翻转课堂在麻醉学住培学员临床教学的应用效果。方法选择2020年10月—2021年10月本院麻醉科住培学员60名为教学对象,随机分为传统教学组和实验教学组两组,每组各30名;授课导师也随机分配入组。对比不同教学方法对学员考试成绩、自主学习量表中自我动机、学习信念、制定学习目标与计划、自我监测与调节、信息处理及交流合作分值的影响,考评两组导师教学情况,并对实验教学组师生进行反馈问卷调查。结果视频拍摄联合翻转课堂提高教师教学水平,激发学员自学动力,实验教学组较传统教学组在考试成绩、量表一级指标、二级除信息处理外所有指标分值增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组师生对教学方式反馈好。结论基于视频化的翻转课堂提升了教师教学水平、学员的自愿学习能力,麻醉学临床教学效果好。Objective In order to strengthen the teaching concept of students-oriented and teaching benefits teachers as well as students,improve the clinical teaching level of anesthesiology,the application effect of video-based flipped classroom in the clinical teaching of anesthesiology students is explored.Methods Sixty resident students studied in the anesthesiology department from October 2020 and October 2021 were selected as the teaching objects,they were randomly divided into traditional teaching group and experimental teaching group,30 students in each group.Instructors were also randomly assigned to the groups.Compare the influence of different teaching methods on students'examination scores,self-motivation,learning beliefs in the independent learning scale,self-objectives and plans,self-monitoring and adjustment,information processing and exchange and cooperation scores;evaluate the teaching situation of the two groups of tutors,and conduct a feedback questionnaire on the teachers and students of the experimental teaching group.Results Video shooting joint flipped classroom improves the teaching level of teachers and stimulates the motivation of self-study among students.Compared with the traditional teaching group,the scores of examination,all first level indicators,and all second level indicators except information processing of the scale were increased,and the the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teachers and students of the experimental group give good feedback on the teaching methods.Conclusions The flipped classroom based on video has improved the teaching level of teachers,the students'voluntary learning ability,and the clinical teaching effect of anesthesiology is good.
