摘　　要：为了增强医学研究生的学术交流,提高其科研创新能力,营造良好的学术氛围,形成奋发向上的科研进取精神,西安交通大学第一附属医院以在校研究生为主体,采用优秀学术壁报展、青年学术讲座、优博之路讲座等形式举办“研究生学术月”活动。这项活动不仅提升了医学研究生的科研能力、创新能力、表达和协作能力,而且提高了研究生的整体素质;但是,这项活动仍存在形式单调、缺乏自我管理等问题:因此,高校研究生学术活动应创新活动的形式与内容,加强自我管理,加大奖励机制。“研究生学术月”活动对培养高素质的医学人才起到了积极推动作用。In order to enhance the academic exchange for medical postgraduates,improve their innovation ability of scientific research,build a good academic atmosphere and create an enterprising spirit of scientific research,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University held the activity of"Academic Month of Postgraduate",with postgraduates as the main body,in the form of excellent academic wall newspaper exhibition,youth academic lecture,"Growth of Outstanding Doctors"lecture and so on.The activity not only improves the scientific research ability,innovation ability,expressive ability and cooperative ability of medical postgraduates,but also promotes the overall quality of postgraduates.However,problems still exist in this activity including monotonous form,lack of self-management and financial support.Therefore,academic activities of postgraduates in colleges and universities should innovate the form and content,strengthen self-management and improve the reward mechanism.The activity of"Academic Month of Postgraduate"plays a significant role in cultivating high-quality medical talents.
