摘　　要：“双一流”建设的主要任务是加强创新型、应用型、复合型优秀人才培养。在教育部提倡“金课”,淘汰“水课”的方针下,通过使用新型的教育方法培养优秀人才。以生命课程中的《细胞遗传学》为例,建设线上线下相结合的新兴教学方式,建设新型的以学生实验为主的混合式教学方法,改善现在日常的教学,充分调动学生的学习积极性和提高课堂效率,达到爱学,会学,乐学的效果,培养优秀的“双一流”高校研究生。The main task of“double first-class”construction is to strengthen the cultivation of innovative,applied and compound talents.Under the policy of the Ministry of Education advocating“golden course”and eliminating“course with poor quality”,we should cultivate excellent talents by using new educational methods.Take Cytogenetics as an example,we need to build a new teaching method combining online and offline,build a new mixed teaching method focusing on student experiments,improve the current daily teaching,fully mobilize students’learning enthusiasm and improve classroom efficiency,achieve the effect of loving learning,being able to learn and willing learning,and cultivate excellent double first-class university graduate students.
