摘　　要：市场经济的高速发展使人们的生活质量得到了一定的提升,在温饱的基本需求得到满足的基础上,人们越来越重视食品安全和质量问题,各种食品质量控制措施大量涌现,发挥了一定的作用。而检测技术是食品质量控制中较为关键技术之一。本文结合实际情况,简单介绍食品质量检测技术,并对检测技术在食品质量控制中的实践进行分析。With the rapid development of market economy,people’s quality of life has been improved to a certain extent.On the basis of meeting the basic needs of food and clothing,people pay more and more attention to food safety and quality issues.A variety of food quality control measures have emerged in large numbers and played a certain role.Detection technology is one of the key technologies in food quality control.Based on the actual situation,this paper briefly introduces the food quality detection technology,and analyzes the practice of detection technology in food quality control.
