民办高校艺术类实验室建设与管理研究--以四川工商学院音乐舞蹈学院为例

摘　　要：四川工商学院音乐舞蹈学院为突出应用型高校的办学特色、构建与办学定位和特色相适应的艺术人才选拔培养体系,现已基本构建完成了一个成熟、系统且与实践教学紧密结合的音乐学实验室建设体系。本文以四川工商学院音乐舞蹈学院音乐学实验室建设与管理情况为例,研究民办高校艺术类实验室建设思路以及管理途径,结合实践教学应用情况分析了目前四川工商学院音乐舞蹈学院实验室建设存在的问题以及改进措施,希望能够帮助艺术类专业实现理想的实验室应用和管理模式。In order to highlight the characteristics of application-oriented universities and build a system of selecting and training artistic talents that is compatible with the orientation and characteristics of universities,Sichuan Technology and Business University have built and completed a mature construction system of musicology laboratory which is closely combined with practice teaching.Taking the construction and management of musicology laboratory in School of Music and Dance of STBU as an example,this paper studies the construction ideas and management approaches of art laboratory in private colleges and universities.The problems and improvement measures of laboratory construction are analyzed based on practical teaching application,hoping to help art majors to achieve the ideal laboratory application and management model.
