摘　　要：目的探究PD-1和PD-L1在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达及其与免疫抑制相关因子的关联。方法选取卵巢上皮性癌患者60例,采用流式细胞术检测CD4+CD25+CD127-Treg细胞水平,免疫组化法检测PD-1、PD-L1表达情况,分析其与患者临床病理资料以及免疫抑制相关因子的关系。结果PD-L1表达与卵巢上皮性癌患者的FIGO分期有关,FIGOⅢ+Ⅳ期患者PD-L1阳性表达率显著高于Ⅰ+Ⅱ期(P<0.05)。PD-1蛋白表达与各临床病理参数均无显著相关性(P>0.05)。流式细胞术结果显示,PD-1、PD-L1阳性患者CD4+CD25+CD127-Treg频率显著高于PD-1、PD-L1阴性患者(P<0.05)。结论卵巢上皮性癌患者PD-L1的表达水平与肿瘤分期有关,还与免疫抑制相关因子密切相关。Objective To explore the expressions of PD-1 and PD-L1 in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues and their association with immunosuppression-related factors.Methods 60 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were selected.Flow cytometry was used to detect the level of CD4+CD25+CD127-Treg cells,and immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of PD-1 and PD-L1,and analyze the relationship between clinicopathological data and immunosuppression-related factors.Results The expression of PD-L1 was related to the FIGO stage of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer.The positive expression rate of PD-L1 in FIGO stageⅢ+Ⅳwas significantly higher than that in stageⅠ+Ⅱ(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between PD-1 protein expression and various clinicopathological parameters(P>0.05).The results of flow cytometry showed that the frequency of CD4+CD25+CD127-Treg in patients with positive PD-1 and PD-L1 was significantly higher than that in patients with negative PD-1 and PD-L1(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression level of PD-L1 in patients with ovarian cancer epithelial cancer is related to tumor stage,and is also closely related to immunosuppression-related factors.
