摘　　要：生物药物分析课程作为生物技术专业生物制药专业方向课,课程建设中融入思政教育,是实现立德树人、全面提高生物制药人才培养质量的重要举措。课程思政充分利用生物药物分析混合式教学的优势,在课内课外、线上线下、校内校外的立体化教学实践过程中,发挥教师关键作用,拓展课程内涵,丰富教学活动,实现对学生主动学习能力的培养,塑造学生正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。在挖掘生物药物分析思政元素的基础上,课程思政围绕理论教学、实验教学、课外实践和作业环节等几方面进行教学设计和实施,以充分调动学生学本领的积极性和强信念的主动性,推进思政教育与生物药物分析专业教学协调共进,达到全面提高生物制药人才培养的育人成效。As a biopharmaceutical professional course for undergraduates majored in biotechnology,the construction of biopharmaceutical analysis course should be integrated with ideological and political education,which is an important method to realize moral cultivation and improve the quality of biopharmaceutical talent training comprehensively.The ideology and politics education made full use of the advantages of the blended teaching of biopharmaceutical analysis,and play a key role of teachers in the three-dimensional teaching practice including in-and out-of-class studying,online and offline learning,activities on and off campus,with expanding the connotation of the course and enriching the teaching activities.Only in this way could students'active learning ability be cultivated and the correct world outlook,life outlook and values could be obtained by the students as well.Based on mining the ideological and political elements of biopharmaceutical analysis,the ideological and political teaching was designed and implemented covering lecture teaching,experimental teaching,extracurricular practice and homework,so as to fully make students enthusiastic about learning skills and firm up ideals and beliefs initiatively.The procedures could promote the coordinated progress of ideological and political education and the teaching of biopharmaceutical analysis,and improve the education effect of biopharmaceutical talents comprehensively.
