摘　　要：学科建设是三级医院事业发展的重要内容和抓手。以济宁医学院附属医院为例,归纳总结了以科研带头人为核心的科研运行模式、以主诊医师负责制为核心的医疗运行模式的构建与实践,分析了人才、科研、平台、医疗和学科建设的主要成效,提出了基于科研带头人和主诊医师负责制模式学科建设高质量发展的新路径。Discipline construction is an important content and starting point for the development of tertiary hospitals.Taking the Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University as an example,it summarized the construction of the scientific research mode with principal investigator(PI)as the core and the medical mode with attending in charge as the core,and analyzed the main effects of talent,scientific research,platform,medical care,etc.It proposed a new path for high-quality development of discipline construction based on the mode of Principal investigator and attending in charge.
