摘 要:“双减”政策是我国义务教育阶段改革的重大举措。在“双减”背景下,如何促进义务教育高质量发展是研究者必须关注的重要议题。劳动教育作为“全人”培养目标的重要支撑之一,是推进“双减”政策落地的重要策略,也是教育回归初心的体现。然而劳动教育在现行教育体系下并未发挥其应有效用。从实践层面看,劳动教育普遍面临师资匮乏、场地受限、课程欠缺等困境;从内容层面看,劳动教育内容低水平、重复性、随意性、碎片化等问题严重,学生在劳动过程中体验感差。从布迪厄实践社会学视角出发,在“双减”政策背景下,改变卷入劳动教育场域行动者惯习、重塑劳动教育场域构型、推进“普职融通”,是促进劳动教育回归生活实践,实现义务教育阶段减负增效、立德树人目标的重要路径。The "double reduction" policy is a major initiative in the reform of China’s compulsory education stage. Under the background of "double reduction", how to promote the high-quality development of compulsory education is an important issue that researchers must pay attention to. As one of the important supports for the "whole person" training goal, labor education is an important strategy to promote the implementation of the "double reduction" policy. It also reflects the return of education to the original intention. However, labor education has not played its due role under the current education system. From the practice level, labor education generally faces difficulties such as the lack of teachers, limited venues, and lack of courses. From the content level, there are serious problems in the content of labor education, such as low-level, repetitive, random and fragmented, thus students have a poor sense of experience in the labor process. From the perspective of Pierre Bourdieu’s practical sociology, in the context of the "double reduction" policy, changing the habit of actors involved in the field of labor education, reshaping the field configuration of labor education, and promoting "integration between general education and vocational education" are the key to promoting labor education to return to life practice, and achieve the goal of reducing burdens and increasing efficiency in the stage of compulsory education, and strengthening moral education and talent cultivation.
