摘 要:在线开放课程学习者数量多且个体特征差异较大,教师难以精准分析学情,存在课程完成率低、学习成效不高等问题。在智能技术支持下,从学习者的基本属性、知识掌握情况、学习行为和学习情绪四个维度刻画在线开放课程学习者群体画像和个体画像,在此基础上设计了基于学习者画像的在线开放课程学习预警模型,并将模型应用于超星慕课平台“C语言程序设计”课程混合式教学实践中。研究结果显示,学习者的学习全过程多模态数据采集是构建画像和实现精准预警的基础;学习者画像能够精准地描述学习者的知识掌握情况、学习行为和学习情绪;基于学习者画像构建的预警模型能为学习者提供精准的学习预警和个性化的教学干预,为教学者提供基于“证据”的教学决策支持服务。Online open courses have many learners and signifcant differences in individual characteristics.Teachers are difficult to accurately analyze the learning situation, and there are problems such as low completion rate of courses and effectiveness. With the support of intelligent technology, agroup persona and an individual persona of online open course learners are depicted from the four dimensions: learners’ basic attributes, knowledge mastery, learning behavior and learning emotion. On this basis, a learning early warning model of online open course based on learner persona is designed, and the model is applied to the hybrid teaching practice of the "C language programming" course on the Superstar MOOCs platform. The result shows that multi-modal data acquisition in the whole learning process of learners is the basis for constructing portraits and realizing accurate early warning. The learner persona can accurately describe learners’ knowledge mastery, learning behavior and learning emotion. The early warning model based on learner persona provides learners with accurate learning early warning and personalized teaching intervention, and provides teachers with evidence based teaching decision support services.
