摘  要:目的探讨标准化评价系统在牙体牙髓病学实验教学改革中的应用效果。方法在口腔本科学生牙体牙髓病学实验Ⅱ类洞制备中,模拟执医实践考试。以执业医师考试流程为标准,按照执医实践考试的评分标准,由实验课教师实施操作考核并评分,结果同时采用DTS-Ⅱ口腔实验教学标准化评估系统评分,并将评价结果及教师评语反馈给学生,通过学生《满意度评价表》对评价系统的教学效果进行评估。结果评估系统对Ⅱ类洞制备实验考核结果更形象客观合理,问卷调查结果显示学生对标准化评估系统反响良好,直观易懂。结论多元化评估体系的应用有助于学生领会基本知识,掌握基本技能,增强临床学生的实践操作能力以及执医实践考试通过率,为顺利通过执业医师实践考试及今后的临床诊疗工作打下良好的基础。Objective To evaluate the effect of a standardized evaluation system in endodontic experiment teaching for transformation of education.Methods In the preparation of class Ⅱ cavity of dental endodontics experiment for undergraduate students of stomatology,the medical practice examination was simulated,and the examination process of licensed doctors was taken as the standard.According to the scoring standard of the medical practice examination,the teachers of the experimental class carried out the operation examination and scored.At the same time,the results were scored by the DTS-Ⅱ oral experiment teaching standardized evaluation system,and the evaluation results and teachers'comments were fed back to the students.The teaching effect of the evaluation system was evaluated through the student satisfaction evaluation form.Results Standardized evaluation system was more vivid,objective and reliable in cavity Ⅱ preparation.The survey showed that most of the students felt the standardized evaluation system help them to understand more easily and clearly.Conclusion Application of diversification evaluation system in undergraduate endodontic experiment teaching can help the students improve their basics,operating skills and pass the practical examination of medical practitioners and lay a good foundation for their clinical work in the future.
