摘 要:悬架系统作为汽车的核心部件,其性能的优劣对整车的操纵稳定性能有很大的影响。该文以同一车型不同悬架类别的两辆SUV多用途车为研究栽体,在确保轮胎、栽荷比例相同的前提下,通过稳态回转试验开环试验、蛇形闭环试验以及角阶跃开环试验三项实车试验,研究了不同悬架类别对车辆操纵稳定性的影响,对汽车的生产制造具有一定的指导作用。The suspension system is the core component of the car,and its performance has a great impact on the handling and stability of the vehicle.In this paper,two SUVs of the same model with different suspension types are used as the research carrier.On the premise of ensuring the same tire and load ratio,the open-loop test,serpentine closed-loop test and angular step open-loop test are carried out through steady-state gyration test.Three real vehicle tests have studied the influence of different suspension types on the handling stability of the vehicle,which has a certain guiding effect on the production and manufacture of automobiles.
