摘　　要：提供利用液相色谱串联质谱仪检测动物源食品中磺胺类药物残留的改进方法;以乙酸乙酯为提取溶剂采用先水浴恒温振荡器振荡后超声波相结合的提取方式,0.1 mol/L盐酸溶液酸化溶液,以正己烷为萃取剂采用液液分配进行分离,氮吹去除正己烷后下层溶液经农业部1025号公告-23-2008净化步骤进行过柱,浓缩、定容、过滤后经液相色谱串联质谱仪测定,采用随行加标方法作为试验的标准曲线进行计算磺胺类药物含量;改进提取方法后目标化合物的提取更加完全,回收率明显提高,操作更加高效省时,并且基质效应明显降低。通过对农业部1025号公告-23-2008方法的改进和优化,显著提高实际的应用效果,对做好动物源食品中磺胺类药物残留的检测工作具有很好的现实意义。To provide an improved method for the determination of sulfonamides residues in animal derived foods by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry;using ethyl acetate as the extraction solvent,the extraction method of combining water bath,constant temperature oscillator oscillation and ultrasonic wave was adopted.The solution was acidified with 0.1 mol/l hydrochloric acid solution,separated by liquid-liquid distribution with n-hexane as the extractant.After n-hexane was removed by nitrogen blowing,the lower solution was subjected to column,concentration,constant volume and purification steps of Announcement No.1025-23-2008 of the Ministry of agriculture After filtration,it was determined by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,and the accompanying standard addition method was used as the standard curve to calculate the content of sulfonamides;after improving the extraction method,the extraction of the target compound was more complete,the recovery was significantly improved,the operation was more efficient and time-saving,and the matrix effect was significantly reduced.through the improvement and optimization of Announcement No.1025-23-2008 of the Ministry of agriculture,the practical application effect was significantly improved,which had good practical significance for the detection of sulfonamides residues in animal derived foods.
