摘 要:为探究鱼籽多肽最优脱色工艺,以鱼籽多肽脱色率和得率为评价指标,筛出优选树脂。利用单因素试验和响应面试验进一步优化,确定最佳脱色工艺条件。结果表明,优选的大孔吸附树脂为LSA-50,最优脱色工艺为树脂用量4.94 g/g、脱色时间2 h、脱色温度55℃、pH 4。此条件下的脱色率为80.20%,得率为77.05%。该工艺所得鱼籽多肽性质稳定,有助于鱼籽多肽进一步开发利用。In order to explore the optimal decolorization process of fish roe polypeptide,the decolorization rate and yield of fish roe polypeptide were used as evaluation indexes to screen the optimized resin.Single factor test and response surface test were used to optimize the process conditions.The results showed that the macroporous resin was LSA-50,and the optimal decolorization process was as follows:resin dosage 4.94 g/g,decolorization time 2 h,decolorization temperature 55℃and pH 4.Under this condition,the decolorization rate was 80.20%,and the yield was 77.05%.The properties of the fish roe peptides obtained by this process were stable,which was helpful for development and utilization of peptides from fish roe.
