摘 要:对于军用电子设备,安装板承载着固定电子设备的作用,稳固可靠的安装板设计对于电子设备工作可靠性具有重要意义。该文以军用电子设备为研究样本,通过拓扑优化的方法对电子设备安装架上的安装板进行优化,以刚度最大为目标,完成安装板的减重设计。使用动力学仿真软件对拓扑优化前后的模型动力学参数进行仿真,优化后的安装板满足工程设计要求,避免过度设计,兼顾了安装板的刚度设计和重量设计需求,达到了最优解。In terms of military electronic equipment,the mounting plate is used to fix the electronic equipment,and the stable connection is important for the reliability of electronic equipment.In this paper,taking the military electronics as the research sample,a mounting plate of electronic equipment is designed based on the topology optimization method;the goal of the optimization is to acquire the maximum stiffness and reduce the weight at the same time.Then,the dynamic parameters of the model before and after topology optimization are simulated by using the dynamic simulation software.The results show that the optimized mounting plate meets the requirements of engineering design and avoids over-design,which gives consideration to the rigidity design and weight design of the mounting plate,and achieves the optimal solution.This paper presents a methodology and experience for the further stiffness design and lightweight design of the electronic equipment.
