摘　　要：大精设备是高校进行科学研究和科技创新的重要手段。近年来,随着国家对高校实验室建设的持续投入,实验室的大精设备在数量和功能上都得到了很大提升。但是,受到众多因素的影响,高校大精设备的使用效益不高,不仅造成了国家资源的浪费,也一定程度上影响了高校科研工作的发展。通过分析大精设备存在人才缺乏、规划缺失、保养不及时等问题。并结合西南石油大学的大精设备使用的相关措施,提出了规划先行、调研精准、论证充分、验收严格、以人为本、开放共享、保障有力等解决问题的办法,有利于提高大精设备的使用效益。Large and precise equipment is an important means and material basis for scientific research and scientific and technological innovation in colleges and universities.In recent years,with the continuous investment of the state on the construction of laboratories in colleges and universities,the number and function of large and precise equipment of laboratories have been greatly increased and improved.However,due to the influence of many factors,the use efficiency of the large and precise equipment in colleges and universities is inefficiency,resulting in a waste of national resources,and also affecting the development of scientific research in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the problems in the aspects of overall planning,personnel management,fund guarantee,etc.,and puts forward solutions in combination with the relevant measures of Southwest Petroleum University,which is conducive to improving the use efficiency of the large and precise equipment.
