摘　　要：β-葡萄糖苷酶在食品、生物燃料、农业饲料等领域具有重要的商业用途,同时在环境监测、医学疾病诊断等方面也有着广泛的应用价值。根据β-葡萄糖苷酶作用底物的种类、酶解产物的结构类型及特征综述了近年来β-葡萄糖苷酶常用的检测方法,主要从分光光度法、荧光法、电化学及试剂盒等方法的原理、优缺点等方面进行了详细概述,并重点介绍了活体细胞中测定β-葡萄糖苷酶活性的新方法及筛选β-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的最新研究进展,以期为推动β-葡萄糖苷酶的进一步应用提供方法和依据。The enzymeβ-glucosidase holds importance due to its commercial applications in food industries,biofuel and agricultural feeds,and also has a wide range of application in environmental monitoring assessments,medical diagnoses and other fields.Based on the types of substrates,the structure and characteristics of hydrolysis products catalyzed byβ-glucosidase,the methods used for measuring enzymatic activities can be classified into spectrophotometry,fluorescence,electrochemistry and enzyme activity assay kits.Here,the working principle,advantages and disadvantages of each method are reviewed and discussed,the new methods for determination ofβ-glucosidase activity in living cells and the latest research progress in screening ofβ-glucosidase inhibitors are emphasized and elaborated.The main purpose of this review is to provide the method basis for promoting the application ofβ-glucosidase in the future.
