县级农广校高素质农民培育创新探索——以富平农广校高素质农民培育为例

摘　　要：通过对富平县农广校高素质农民培育创新举措及成效进行系统梳理总结,从内外两方面分析了县级农广校在培育中存在的问题,提出了分层分类精准培养、建立优化师资库和加强政策激励引导三大举措,进一步提升县级农广校高素质农民培育质量和水平。Through systematically summarizing the innovative measures and results of cultivating new-type high-quality farmers in Fuping County Agricultural Radio and Television School,this paper sums up the problems existing in the cultivation of county-level agricultural radio and television school from both internal and external aspects,this paper puts forward three measures:The accurate training of classification,the establishment of optimized teachers pool and the strengthening of policy incentives and guidance,so as to further improve the quality and level of the cultivation of high-quality farmers in county-level agricultural radio and television schools.
