摘　　要：蓬莱是我国重要的葡萄酒产区之一。从蓬莱葡萄酒产业萌芽、形成、发展和提升四个阶段,梳理了蓬莱葡萄酒产业的发展演化过程,全面分析了蓬莱葡萄酒产业现阶段的特点,为更好地把握和研究蓬莱葡萄酒产业发展趋势,提供了科学支撑与保证。Penglai is one of the important wine producing areas in China.From the four stages of germination,formation,development and promotion of Penglai wine industry,this paper combs the development and evolution process of Penglai wine industry,comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of Penglai wine industry at this stage,and provides scientific support and guarantee for better grasping and studying the development trend of Penglai wine industry.
