摘 要:为改善永磁同步电机的转速控制性能,提高系统的抗干扰能力,提出一种基于super-twisting滑模观测器的转速控制策略。首先,基于新型趋近律设计滑模速度控制器替代传统的PI控制器;其次,引入super-twisting算法设计三阶滑模观测器,并将观测值补偿到速度控制器的输出端;最后,在MATLAB/Simulink环境下,搭建系统矢量控制模型进行仿真分析和实验验证。结果表明,负载突加减时,该控制方式下转速的最大波动值约为8 r/min,相比于传统PI速度控制策略减小了60 r/min,鲁棒性更好;同时系统的动态性和抗扰性也得到有效提高。To improve the speed control performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor and improve the anti-interference ability of the system,a speed control strategy based on super twisting sliding mode observer is adopted.Firstly,based on the new reaching law,a sliding mode speed controller is designed to replace the traditional PI controller;Secondly,the super twisting algorithm is introduced to design the third-order sliding mode observer,and the observed value is compensated to the output of the speed controller;Finally,under the environment of MATLAB/Simulink,the system vector control model is built for simulation analysis and experimental verification.The results show that when the load is suddenly increased or decreased,the maximum fluctuation value of speed under this control mode is about 8 r/min,which is reduced by 60 r/min compared with the traditional PI speed control strategy,and the robustness is better;At the same time,the dynamics and immunity of the system are also effectively improved.
