摘  要:试验旨在研究AA肉仔鸡养殖中使用不同水平的大枣多糖对其生长性能及血清抗氧化功能的影响。选择1日龄、健康的AA肉仔鸡1 200只,按照单因素试验设计分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复30只鸡。对照组AA肉仔鸡饲喂基础日粮,各试验组AA肉仔鸡分别饲喂添加0.5、1.0、1.5g/kg的大枣多糖的日粮。试验期6 w。结果显示,与对照组相比,各试验组的初重、末重、平均日采食量差异均不显著(P>0.05)。1.0 g/kg组、1.5 g/kg组的平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),1.0 g/kg组、1.5 g/kg组的料重比均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,1.0 g/kg大枣多糖组AA肉仔鸡血清的总抗氧化能力显著提高(P<0.05);1.0 g/kg大枣多糖组AA肉仔鸡血清的超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于对照组和0.5 g/kg组(P<0.05);0.5 g/kg组、1.0 g/kg组和1.5 g/kg组AA肉仔鸡血清的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);1.0 g/kg组和1.5 g/kg组AA肉仔鸡血清的丙二醛含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,添加1.0和1.5 g/kg的大枣多糖可以显著提高AA肉仔鸡生长性能和抗氧化功能,且1.0 g/kg的添加量大枣多糖试验效果优于1.5 g/kg。The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of different levels of jujube polysaccharide on the growth performance and serum antioxidant function of AA broiler chickens. In the study, 1 200 healthy 1-day-old AA broilers were selected and divided into four groups according to the single factor experimental design with 10 replicates in each group and 30 broilers in each replicate. The AA broilers in control group were fed with basal diet, and the AA broilers in all test group were fed diets supplemented with 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 g/kg of jujube polysaccharide. The trial period was six weeks.The results showed that compared with control group, there was no significant difference in the initial weight, final weight and average daily feed intake of each test group(P>0.05). The average daily gain of the 1.0 g/kg group and 1.5 g/kg group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05), and the feed-to-weight ratio of the 1.0 g/kg group and1.5 g/kg group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). Compared with control group, the total antioxidant capacity of the serum of AA broilers in the 1.0 g/kg group was significantly increased(P<0.05), the superoxide dismutase activity in serum of AA broilers in 1.0 g/kg group was significantly higher than that in control group and 0.5 g/kg group(P<0.05), the glutathione peroxidase activity in serum of AA broilers in 0.5 g/kg group,1.0 g/kg group and 1.5 g/kg group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05), serum malondialdehyde content of AA broilers in 1.0 g/kg group and 1.5 g/kg group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). The study indicates that the addition of 1.0 and 1.5 g/kg of jujube polysaccharide can significantly improve the growth performance and antioxidant function of AA broilers, and the experimental effect of 1.0 g/kg of jujube polysaccharide is better than that of 1.5 g/kg.
