摘 要:基础教育质量受制于地区经济发展水平,衍生于区域经济差距的数字鸿沟,成为了教育不均衡加剧的关键因素。对西南地区的农村而言,数字鸿沟现象是由于基础设施不到位所致,但同时也是传统文化面对外部冲击下产生的内生性的调适与规避现象。因此,除了要利用好智能时代提供的信息资源和技术便利条件之外,还要理解西南民族地区的农村师生以及家庭是如何理解数字平台、信息平台的,并尽可能地借助传统文化传承与创新的方式让数字平台真正融入义务教育阶段当中,继而创造良好的基础教育环境为弥补区域文化教育差异作出贡献。The level of regional economic development directly affects the quality of basic education, and the digital divide is the key factor that leading to the imbalance of education. In terms of the rural areas in southwest China, the phenomenon of“digital divide”is caused by inadequate infrastructure, but it is also an endogenous adjustment and avoidance phenomenon of traditional culture in the face of external shocks. Therefore, in addition to making good use of the information resources and technological facilities provided by the era of intelligence, it should be recognized that how teachers, students and families understand the digital platform and information platform in rural areas of Southwest China, hence trying the best to integrate the digital platform into the compulsory education stage by means of traditional cultural inheritance and innovation,creating a good environment for elementary education.
