校企合作模式下的破碎岩石渗透实验设备研制

摘  要:自制设备是高等院校满足教学、科研需求,节约设备购买成本的一种方式,然而功能缺失和非标准化问题也一直是高校在自制设备过程中的通病。特此提出在校企合作模式下的研制破碎岩石渗透实验设备,提升设备功能,进行规范性改进。一方面,研制的实验设备功能得到提升,满足了高等院校在教学和科研方面的需求;另一方面将国家标准和行业规范进行内化,是产品市场化的前提,有助于企业将产品推向市场,能够达到校企双方共赢的局面。校企合作进行设备研制的流程是:由学校提出功能需求,由企业主导设计环节,双方共同参与论证,并组织学校、企业和同行通过进行评价,获得最优设计方案。Self-designed equipment is a way for colleges and universities to meet the needs of teaching and scientific research,and to save the cost of equipment purchase.However,the lack of functions and non-standardization are common problems in the self-designed equipment.In this paper,the research and development of the experimental equipment for permeability of crushed rock is proposed under the mode of school enterprise cooperation,which can improve the functions and standardize the equipment.On the one hand,the functions of the developed experimental equipment has been improved to meet the needs of colleges and universities in teaching and scientific research;on the other hand,internalization of national standards and industry norms is the premise of product marketization,which helps enterprises to push products to the market and achieve a win-win situation for both schools and enterprises.The process of school enterprise cooperation in equipment development is:the school puts forward the functional requirements,the enterprise takes the lead in the design process,both school and the enterprise participate in the demonstration,and evaluate the design by school,enterprise,and peers to optimize the design scheme.
