摘 要:本文对《食品安全国家标准食品中诱惑红的测定》(GB 5009.141—2016)方法的线性范围、检出限、精密度和准确度进行验证及分析,线性回归方程相关系数为0.9997、检出限为0.013μg/mL、相对偏差为1.35%、加标回收率为97.3%,证实该实验室现有的设施设备、环境、人员等条件能满足该方法,适用于实验室用该标准方法开展食品中诱惑红的检测工作。In this paper,the linear range,the detection limit,precision and accuracy of the standard method of GB 5009.141—2016 were verified and analyzed.The coefficient of linear regression equation was 0.9997,the detection limit was 0.013μg/mL,the relative deviation was 1.35%,and the recovery vehicle was 97.3%.It is proved that this method can obtain satisfactory results under the existing facilities,environmentand personnel of the laboratory,and is suitable for the detection of allure red in food by this standard method.
