摘  要:眼科学作为一门复杂学科,传统教学模式难以满足现代住院医师规范化培训的教学需求。医院开始探索有助于培训医师临床思维及操作水平的培训方式,总结认为可采取本科生临床导师制、以问题为基础学习模式等多元化教学模式,并结合客观结构化、临床考试等客观统一化教学评估模式,为其建立多角度、系统化的教学体系。在此类模式下,规范化培训医师在临床实践能力得到明显进步,能够为医院提供高素质、高水平人才。Ophthalmology is a complex subject,and the traditional teaching mode is difficult to meet the teaching needs of the standardized training of modern residents.The hospital began to explore training methods that are helpful for training physicians’clinical thinking and operation level,and concluded that it can adopt diversified teaching modes such as undergraduate clinical tutor system and problem-based learning mode,combined with objective structuring,clinical examinations,and other objective and unified teaching modes.Teaching evaluation mode,to establish a multi-angle and systematic teaching system for it.Under such a model,standardized training physicians have significantly improved their clinical practice ability,and can provide hospitals with high-quality and high-level talents.
