新工科背景下信息化开放实验平台管理模式的探讨

摘　　要：新工科建设背景下,轻工科学与工程学院打破原来实验平台的壁垒,通过顶层设计、统筹规划、优化整合资源,建立了基于信息化开放实验平台的管理模式,包括完善的管理规章制度、开放共享信息化管理系统、人脸识别门禁管理系统、气体管路信息化管理系统。在加强信息化开放实验平台管理方面,着重强调了加强实验平台的安全管理、注重实验技术人员的培养、加强实验平台的对外交流合作、注重实验平台文化建设。该管理模式的建立,有助于提高资源的开放共享率、多学科的交叉融合、拔尖创新型人才的培养。Facing the construction of New Engineering Discipline,the College of Biomass Science and Engineering at Sichuan University have established the management mode based on the informationized and opening experimental platform by breaking the barriers of the original experimental platform and emphasizing the top-level design,overall planning optimizing and integrating resources Thus,management rules and regulations,opening and sharing information management system,face recognition-based access control management system,gas pipeline information management systems have been constructed In addition the measures and methods to improve the management of the informationized and opening experimental platform were proposed,including strengthening the safety management of the experimental platform,emphasizing the training of laboratory technicians enhancing the foreign exchange and cooperation of the experimental platform as well as its cultural construction The establishment of this management mode is helpful to the improvement in the opening and sharing rate of resources,the cross-integration of multi-disciplines and the training of top-innovative talents.
