摘  要:在新发展理念背景下,新商科硕士研究生人才培养具有重要意义。挖掘新模式、新方法和新技术的教育理念,引入新商科硕士研究生培养全过程,优化基于数字经济时代的新商科知识体系。我国已经进入数字经济时代,大数据、数字经济、人工智能已经引领商贸服务业进入消费升级的新阶段,催生了新商科研究生人才培养的迫切需求。导师作为研究生培养的第一责任人,肩负着重要的培养角色。通过引入胜任力模型,以传统商科院校硕士研究生导师胜任力要素为基础,构建新商科院校硕士研究生导师胜任力模型,并对新商科院校研究生导师胜任力结构要素进行解析,为商科院校研究生导师遴选标准提供参考。Under the background of the new development concept,the cultivation of talents for the new business postgraduates is of great significance.Explore the educational concepts of new models,new methods and new technologies,and introduce the whole process of cultivating new business master students.Optimize the new business knowledge system based on the digital economy era.Our country has entered the era of digital economy.Big data,digital economy,and artificial intelligence have led the business service industry into a new stage of consumption upgrading,which has created an urgent need for the training of new business graduates.As the first person in charge of postgraduate training,master tutors shoulders an important role in training.By introducing the competency model,based on the competency elements of master tutors in traditional business schools,this paper constructs a competency model for master tutors in new business schools,and analyzes the structural elements of graduate tutors in new business schools.Provide reference for the selection criteria for postgraduate tutors of colleges and universities.
