摘　　要：“1+X”证书制度是国家职业教育制度建设的一项基本制度,也是构建中国特色职教发展模式的一项重大制度创新。在“1+X”证书制度下以高职国际贸易实务专业为例,以“1+X”资格证书跨境电商B2B数据运营技能等级证书的考核形式和考核要求为基础,结合专业人才培养目标、外贸行业及外贸企业的需要,总结外贸新业态跨境电商人才的实操能力培养的几大模块,推进“1”和“X”的有机衔接,实现课证融通,突出实践教学,提升职业教育质量和学生就业能力,缓解就业供需矛盾。1+X certificate system is a basic system for the construction of national vocational education system,and it is also a major institutional innovation for the construction of vocational education development model with Chinese characteristics.Under the 1+X certificate system,taking the international trade practice major of higher vocational education as an example,based on the assessment form and assessment requirements of the 1+X qualification certificate and the cross-border e-commerce B2B data operation skill level certificate,and combined with the training objectives of professionals and the needs of foreign trade industries and foreign trade enterprises,this paper summarizes several modules of the practical ability training of cross-border e-commerce talents in the new format of foreign trade,Promote the organic connection between"1"and"X",realize the integration of courses and certificates,highlight practical teaching,improve the quality of vocational education and students'employability,and alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of employment.
