摘 要:CRH2A平台动车组用中间车钩缓冲装置由柱销式车钩和橡胶缓冲器两部分组成,在运行120万km后需要进行分解检修,对橡胶缓冲器的自由高进行检测,若符合标准可以继续装车运行120万km,若超差则需要进行更新(目前均需要更新)。为了缩短动车组检修周期,提升动车组运营效率,需要研究当前缓冲器的检修限度是否满足合理。通过对橡胶缓冲器进行模拟运行试验,推算出既有橡胶缓冲器持续运行240万km后的特性曲线,并结合曲线计算橡胶缓冲器在运营过程中的行程和车钩力,判断是否产生空行程和车钩力是否超标。研究发现:当橡胶缓冲器使用120万km后,自由高满足检修限度的橡胶缓冲器在120万km到240万km使用期间不会产生空行程,动车组重联时产生的最大车钩力也小于车体强度。自由高小于检修限度的橡胶缓冲器在120万km到240万km使用期间不会产生空行程,但是动车组重联时的最大车钩力会超过车体强度,对车体结构造成损坏。当前检修限度合理。CRH2A platform among the EMU with coupler buffer device by dowel pin type coupler and rubber buffer of two parts,after running 1.2 million km breakdown maintenance is required,for the freedom of the rubber buffer width detection,if accord with a standard can continue loading run 1.2 million kilometers,if error need to be updated(currently need to be updated).In order to shorten the maintenance period of EMU and improve the operation efficiency of EMU,it is necessary to study whether the current maintenance limit of buffer meets the reasonable requirement.Through the simulation operation test of rubber buffer,the characteristic curve of the existing rubber buffer after continuous operation of 2.4 million kilometers is calculated,and the travel and coupling force of rubber buffer are calculated according to the curve to judge whether the empty travel and coupling force exceed the standard.It is found that when the rubber buffer is used for 1.2 million km,the rubber buffer with free and high maintenance limit will not produce empty travel during the service period of 1.2 million km to 2.4 million km,and the maximum coupling force generated when the EMU is reconnected is also less than the body strength.The rubber buffer with free height less than the maintenance limit will not produce empty travel during the service period of 1.2 million km to 2.4 million km,but the maximum coupling force will exceed the strength of the car body when the EMU is reconnected,causing damage to the car body structure.The current maintenance limit is reasonable.
