摘 要:促进毕业生就业,是高职院校办学育人工作的重中之重。分析了高职毕业生就业现状与成因,厘清了高职学生就业能力的内涵,并从学生就业能力提升视角,围绕破解毕业生自身人力资本结构性“就业难”问题,提出构建“二元一托,四维并举”促进高职学生团队就业新模式,并从项目来源与团队组建、项目开发与实施、择优推荐团队就业、强化机制保障等方面对该模式作了介绍。Promoting the employment of graduates is the most important work in higher vocational colleges. The current situation and causes of higher vocational graduates’ employment are analyzed,and the connotation of higher vocational students’ employment ability is clarified. Furthermore,from the perspective of improving students’ employment ability,focusing on solving the problem of difficult employment caused by graduates’ own human capital structure,the construction of a new mode of binary support and four-dimensional development to promote higher vocational students’ team employment is put forward,and the mode is introduced from the aspects of project source and team formation,project development and implementation,preferential recommendation of team employment,and strengthening mechanism guarantee.
