摘  要:为探究留茬高度对全株大麦青贮品质的影响,在乳熟后期-蜡熟初期刈割大麦并进行青贮。设齐地刈割及留茬10cm两个处理,真空袋青贮40d后比较不同留茬高度大麦青贮前后的营养品质、微生物数量及青贮饲料的发酵品质,每处理3次重复。结果表明:大麦留茬10cm处理原料及青贮较齐地刈割处理粗蛋白、可溶性碳水化合物含量高,粗灰分含量低;与齐地刈割处理相比,留茬10cm大麦青贮处理乳酸菌含量显著提高(P<0.05),好氧细菌数量、pH值、丁酸含量以及氨态氮/总氮比例显著下降(P<0.05),Kaiser评分增加,大麦发酵品质提高;综上,大麦采用留茬10cm刈割可以改善大麦原料及青贮的营养品质。This study aimed to investigate the effect of stubble height on silage quality of whole barley(Hordeum vulgare L.),which was harvested at late milk to soft dough stages of maturity.Two treatments of 0cm stubble and 10cm stubble were set,and each treatment was repeated for 3 times.After 40 days of vacuum packaging silage,the effects of different stubble heights on the nutrition quality and microbial quantity of barley materials and silage,barely silage fermentation quality was compared.The results showed that the raw materials and silage treated with 10cm stubble had higher crude protein(CP)and water soluble carbohydrate(WSC)content,and lower ash content than those treated with 0cm stubble.Compared with 0cm stubble treatment,the content of lactic acid bacteria in 10cm stubble silage treatment was significantly increased(P<0.05),the number of aerobic bacteria,pH value,butyric acid content and ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen ratio were significantly decreased(P<0.05),Kaiser score was increased,and the fermentation quality of barley was improved.In conclusion,cutting with 10cm stubble can improve the nutrient quality of barley raw materials and silage.
