摘 要:“君子”是儒家为世人设立的道德标杆,是其宣扬的理想人格,寄予了儒家对世人成己、成人的厚望。随着时代的发展,在向现代公民社会转型过程中,我国嫁接于西方的现代公民思想已不能满足现代道德建设要求,传统君子人格的辩证复归成为历史必然。以现代公民属性为底色,辅之以传统君子人格的道德,藉此建构、完善新君子人格,这是推进当代中国社会转型、对传统君子人格进行现代性建构的必由之路。现代社会的人格追求应趋向于兼具君子德性和公民意识的新君子人格,既要做到不忘历史、观照当下,也应能够展望未来。在实践中,应以学、思、践、弘为途径培育新君子人格,弘扬新君子文化。"Being a gentleman"is a moral standard set by Confucianism for the world,which is the ideal personality it preaches,and it expresses great hopes on the people of the world to become themselves and adults as well.With the development of the times,in the course of our country′s transition to the modern civil society,the modern civil thought grafted in the West can not meet the requirements of our country′s modern moral construction,and the dialectical return of the traditional gentleman has become a historical necessity.It is an inevitable trend to realize the social transformation and the modern construction of the traditional gentleman′s personality in contemporary China to construct the new gentleman′s personality with the modern citizen as the basic color and the moral perfection of the gentleman′s personality.In modern society,the personality pursuit should tend to develop the new personality with both the virtue of a gentleman and the sense of citizenship,so as to enable us not only remember the history and look at the present,but also look forward to the future.Therefore,we should cultivate the new gentleman′s personality and carry forward the new gentleman′s culture through learning,thinking,practice and promotion.
